During the funeral ceremony, the casket may be open (or opened briefly at the end of the ceremony). The coffin is then carried to the grave, usually by four or six people. Depending on the amount of money the relatives of the deceased wish to spend, the coffin can be either very simple, or elaborate and expensive.
